Role Description: Airswift is seeking applicants for the role of Recruitment Consultant to join their modern office in Spinningfields, Manchester. This position is open to candidates with or without experience. Proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is preferred, though fluency is not required. Candidates should be able to conduct a professional qualification call in one of these languages.
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s contract hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
2. Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional, and new business clients.
3. Proactively hunt for new business and capitalize on opportunities to maximize GP revenue.
4. Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client-facing environment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
1. A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
2. Tenacious and determined to succeed.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
6. Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
7. A great work ethic with a desire to get the job at hand done.
8. Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required.
9. A decision maker and solutions provider.
10. Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services.
