The purpose of the post is to support the Service Manager to ensure that customers' care and support needs are met, that the service runs smoothly and efficiently and that the service complies with CQC standards of quality and safety. This will be achieved by allocating and monitoring the work of the care team and our customers' needs and preferences using both our IT solution and the ability to work together with others in partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a leader within the service and empower the team members in everything they do.
* Support customers and care workers by coordinating their care visits and calls.
* Ensure that care workers with the correct skills and experience are matched to deliver excellent care to our customers.
* Effectively prioritise tasks to meet unexpected emergencies and changes in care packages.
* Complete and distribute care team rotas on a weekly basis.
* Talk with customers and their chosen representatives about their care and support considering different communication needs and levels of understanding

Levington Court is situated in close proximity of Lowestoft's picturesque seaside location offering many local amenities. Levington Court is close to doctor's surgeries, dentists, restaurants and traditional seaside shops.

* 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent including English and Maths
* QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care or willing to work towards, is essential
