Our client, a market-leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is looking for an Industrial Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and elevate brand presence.
The role is a new position. You will start with a blank piece of paper and be able to put the marketing plan together from scratch.

The Role:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the industrial sector.
2. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives to drive growth and profitability.
3. Drive brand awareness and positioning for the industrial product portfolio, creating compelling messaging and value propositions.
4. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional channels (trade shows, print, direct mail).
5. Build and nurture relationships with key industrial customers, distributors, and stakeholders, supporting lead generation and business development efforts.
6. Lead product launch strategies for new products or improvements, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, R&D, Operations, and other teams to align marketing activities with product development and sales goals.
What We're Looking For:
1. 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the industrial sector.
2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and project management abilities.
3. A good understanding of industrial markets, sales cycles, and customer needs in the industrial sector.
4. A proactive, self-motivated, and organised team player with strong leadership skills.
