Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with C-suite candidates and investors across Private Equity & Venture Capital.
2. Work on exclusive retained search mandates, delivering top-tier talent to high-growth companies.

4. Advise clients on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent insights in their sectors.

Who You Are
1. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a professional services, technology, or finance sector.
2. Strong communicator – able to engage and build relationships with senior candidates & clients.
3. Intellectually curious – interested in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and high-growth businesses.
4. Resilient, driven, and money-motivated – eager to step into an environment with six-figure earning potential.
5. Looking for a more strategic, consultative role beyond volume-based contingent recruitment.
