Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Client Support within our Support Department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of financial advisers, ensuring we have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of financial advisors.
* Manage client appointments, schedules, and paperwork.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
* Preparing client packs and paperwork prior to/after meetings, including requesting valuations.
* Obtaining specific policy information from product providers and third parties via email, telephone, and online.
* Collaborating with Centralised Administration to ensure timely receipt of information.
* Prepare and maintain client financial plans using IO and PFP software.
* Understand cashflow analysis and financial planning advice to clients.
* Complete and audit Portfolio Reviews
* Complete and audit New Business Submission
* Complete and audit Post Sales Tasks
* Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
* Track progress and identify areas where advisers need additional support.
* Maintain up-to-date client lists.
* Build relationships with product partners.
* Train others on new products and processes
* Initiate workload from client and adviser actions. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
