When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
At AstraZeneca, we're not just about delivering life-changing medicines. We're about creating smart factories that help us run better and make AstraZeneca a better place to work. We're about embracing change, trialling new solutions always with the patient and business in mind. We're about using data to improve our processes and deliver better for people in need. We're about being digitally-enabled so we can make a bigger impact and contribution to society, the planet and our business. And we're about feeling the backing and investment of our leaders as we accelerate our Digital journey forward.
