Role: Support Administrator - Temp to Perm
Location: Buckingham
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £12 per hour
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Support Administrator to join our client's successful team.
Duties of a Support Administrator:
1. First point of contact for all enquiries
2. Responsible for the administration and documentation from enquiry to the completion of the registration process
3. Record, update and follow up on records
4. Collating and entry of data
5. Monitoring, tracking and following up on enquiries
6. Supporting with the administration of events including presentations and room bookings
7. Assisting with other departments when required
What we would like from you:
1. IT Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Customer service experience, confident and friendly telephone manner
4. Understanding of GDPR
5. Work accurately and effectively under pressure
6. Manage & prioritise workloads
