We have completed a series of acquisitions over the last two years that have added significant scale, capabilities and products and plan to continue to grow organically and through further acquisitions. As a result, we now need to recruit an additional accounts payable administrator to join the team.
Full Job Specification:
Working within the Physical Infrastructure Team who deliver cabling and networking solutions for our clients which includes installations of Wi-Fi network equipment across large hotel groups and well-known high-street stores.
The role will be to coordinate the Physical Infrastructure project work and ensure that all project milestones are hit within agreed timescales whilst being completed to the highest standards.
The role will work closely with the existing clients/projects within the Physical Infrastructure portfolio to ensure that all projects are professionally planned and the customer is kept updated at all times.
The successful candidate will have a close working relationship with our existing technical teams to assist with changes and conflicts as they arise.
This job would be perfect for someone with experience within a similar role looking for a new challenge. Activities, Duties and Key Tasks:
* Coordinate the project work assigned to the Physical Infrastructure team.
* Assist and support the Team Leader and Project Management team ensuring resources are allocated quickly and efficiently.
* Liaise with customers and site providers to ensure all aspects of the projects have been planned correctly.
* Process/coordinate service requests coming from our NOC team (moves, adds & changes).
* Ensure that all processes are followed and all issues are owned through to resolution.
* Ensure health and safety of self and others.
* Undertake all other reasonable requests/tasks that may be required of the post as directed by Line Manager.
General:
* Adhere to quality communication standards defined by FluidOne.
* Adhere to FluidOne’s Security and Data Protection and confidentiality Clauses.
* Undertake any other duties deemed suitable by management.
* Maintain job-related training as required by management.
Experience / Qualifications: Essential:
* GCSE Grade C or equivalent; Maths, English.
* Experience in an admin environment.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
Desirable:
* Experience working in a project coordination/management role.
* Experience with working with ISP suppliers or within the IT sector.
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
