Ensuring preparation and presentation is always to a high standard. planning meals and consulting with residents and care staff to ensure that individual dietary needs and preferences are catered for. Some responsibility for ordering, checking in and controlling supplies. Working as part of a diverse staff team. Relevant experience in a similar setting working as a Chef or Cook. Ability to work on shift/rota pattern, including some weekends. Have the right to the work in the UK. Excellent organisation skills. Working knowledge of the Safe Food Better Business requirements. Ability to work well under pressure.
