Domus are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to oversee Supported Living services in South and West Yorkshire. You will oversee the care and support for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism across these sites.
As a Registered Manager, you will pay a leading role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered across the services. You will inspire your teams, uphold CQC compliance and standards, and drive continuous improvement, while making a genuine difference to people’s lives.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience managing a service supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, who thrives on responsibility and wants to be part of a values-driven care provider.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. Lead and develop service teams across multiple sites, ensuring high quality consistent support.
2. Ensure services are safe, responsive, effective, caring, and well-led in line with CQC.
3. Empower individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives, promoting choice and inclusion.
4. Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals.
5. Oversee recruitment, performance management and staff development.
6. Monitor and manage budgets effectively.
7. Drive service improvements and champions positive safeguarding culture.
8. Ensure accurate and timely completion of care documentation and reporting.
Registered Manager Requirements:
9. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
10. Experience as a Registered, Service, or Area Manager in Learning Disabilities/Autism services.
11. Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and prior experience achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
12. Confident, approachable, and capable of motivating and leading teams.
13. Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
14. Commitment to person-centered care and upholding values of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
15. Full valid UK Driving License (essential due to travel across multiple sites).
