Key Responsibilities: Facilities Administration: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including office spaces, warehouses, and network infrastructure sites. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Manage local vendor relationships for facility maintenance and repair services, including contractors, janitorial services, and security providers. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business management, facilities management, or a related field preferred, but not required. Proven experience in facilities coordination, ideally in the telecommunications or FTTH industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices and facility management techniques. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for fleet and facility management. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
