The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Their residential home is in Hereford city centre, offering state-of-the-art equipment and facilities with highly trained staff.
With a specialism in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and acquired brain injury or stroke, the service takes a person-centred, flexible approach. Together with the people that use their services, they create care and support plans that meet personal goals and needs.
