About the Role: In the capacity of an Executive Search consutlant, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our executive leadership. Your role will be instrumental in pinpointing, vetting, and proposing candidates for Pivotal Partners portfolio of clients. From your initial day with us, you will be immersed in a bespoke training program crafted to navigate you through every facet of the recruitment cycle, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to emerge as a leading recruiter. As you evolve into a 360 or 180 Sales Consultant (Your choice), your responsibilities will expand to: Cultivating and enhancing both new and existing business connections through networking. Sourcing candidates through a world-class network that is tailored to our industry. Conducting thorough candidate screenings via phone, video, or face-to-face interviews. Meeting and surpassing set weekly and monthly performance targets. Facilitating negotiations between all stakeholders.
