An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator within our Reception Services Team to provide admin support to our Minor Injury Units which are located in Chippenham and Trowbridge and are open for walk-in patients and for patients who have contacted NHS 111 and have been advised to attend.
The role will involve (but is not limited to) reception duties, data input, processing electronic referrals, and scanning.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an individual with good administration experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a desire to provide a first-class service for patients.

Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE Grade C in English (or equivalent qualification).
* Comprehensive knowledge of office procedures.
* Excellent all-round knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* ECDL or equivalent.
Experience
