Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced delivery manager to join our Technology and Information Services team at Watford Community Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects to deliver core housing software solutions to our residents.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and within-budget delivery;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate project resources;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including departmental managers and IT professionals;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
* At least 5 years of experience in a technical delivery management role, preferably in the housing sector;
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
* Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Benefits
