This is a permanent role based in Liverpool. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a well-established UK retailer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the product range, and a passion for driving growth within the account. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the retailer to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across product lines. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and promotional activities with the retailer’s objectives. Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategies and drive performance. Provide exceptional product knowledge and training to the retailer’s staff to enhance sales efforts. Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales forecasts to senior management. What are we looking for? Proven track record in sales, preferably within the retail sector. Strong product knowledge and experience in managing key accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
