Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to join the Secure Care Administration Team as a Ward Administrator based in our brand new unit - Linden Ward. The post holder will act as the main point of contact for the ward, on the Warrington Site full time, and be a key member of the ward and wider divisional admin teams supporting as and when required. With demonstrable typing and audio skills, the post holder will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to accurately record data. A key part of both roles is to prepare for and take live minutes. The post holder will be required to input into the relevant Patient Clinical Information Systems, undertake diary management, Cashier duties and the ordering of stock items for the service. Main duties of the job The purpose of this post is to provide a timely, accurate and comprehensive range of administration, clerical and cashier duties to support inpatient areas across the Division.
