Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

The UAT Analyst role is responsible for undertaking functional software testing by raising change requests and bugs; providing process/technical input to system changes; developing test plans to support end-to-end testing; completing and directing UAT activity, and supporting the implementation of changes into production.

We are seeking a UAT Analyst to join our dynamic Reward Operations team and play a pivotal role in implementing changes that empower our global workforce.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our amazing People team and the world of technology. You’ll ensure new software functions flawlessly by testing it thoroughly, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clear, actionable feedback.
But that’s not all! You’ll also be a champion for our Reward Operations team, leading training initiatives, coaching colleagues on new processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful change.

* Strong Quality Engineering / Software Testing expertise.
* Project management experience.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to lead training sessions.
