After completing a 16 week training programme, you could potentially be on a starting salary of £27,625 not including your OTE bonus, Plus we will give you the training and support to become a Store Manager within 9-12 months, which then you could be earning in excess of £34,000 per year with additional earnings related to your performance.

Solent Pizza is an expanding Domino’s Franchise that currently have 33 stores across Hampshire and Cardiff. We are looking for experienced Managers and Team Leaders who are operationally focused. Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.
The Assistant Manager role is a fast paced, hands-on, career progression focused programme that helps you gain quick, valuable and effective knowledge to lead you towards being a Domino’s Store Manager in 9-12 months. We will train and support you every step of the way throughout your career journey. If you can manage quality, manage speed and manage people; you will be able to produce great results as a Assistant Manager and more.

Assistant Manager responsibilities:
16. Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness
17. Controlling costs on a daily basis to impact the profitability of the store
18. Maintaining a positive brand image and service standards including uniform/presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service.
19. Promoting efficiency within the store to achieve service standards in line with company expectations
20. Upholding and developing product quality at all times.
21. Leading and motivating a large team of 40-50 to success
22. Managing of KPI compliance
23. Problem solving and people management
Hours: Full Time. Contracted to hours a week – including Evenings and Weekends
