Access Talent Group are currently recruiting for a fantastic small sized design consultancy in Manchester. Our client is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead a team of Engineers within the Civil Infrastructure division.
This consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to work in their development infrastructure team. They offer a fantastic progression route and development opportunities for engineers to enhance their careers. With good performance, you will have the ability to become an associate and help develop this team. This consultancy started their Civils team by supporting the structural team on projects and is now in a position to grow due to increased civil lead workload.
Their project work currently consists of large SUDS Drainage strategies for a 1km development focusing on wetland and strategies. You will also be involved in master planning concept design with project work across the heritage, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities:
* 5 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer with some experience mentoring junior staff
* An understanding and experience of DMBR
* An understanding of section 278, 38, 104, 106, and 184
* Experience and ability to use AutoCAD, Civil 3D or PDS, Microdrainage or Causeway flow
* Desired ICM Info works
* Educated to BSc Degree or higher.
* Driven to be working towards CEng (MICE, or CIWEM) status.
