Associate HR BP
Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Uxbridge - Onsite
Pay Rate: £21.70 - £25.00 (Dependant on experience)
Contract Details: ASAP - March 2025 (Potential of being extended)
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the HR team to provide comprehensive support in various HR functions
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programmes
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Conduct onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
* Support employee engagement initiatives, including organising team-building activities and events
* Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity
* Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
* Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practises, ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture
