Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager (HYBRID)

Salary: upto £42,000 + Discretionary bonus + Car allowance

Are you a dynamic and proactive Facilities Management professional with experience across Hard and Soft services? We're looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and commercial assets, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, operational compliance, and team leadership. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility to your schedule.
About the Role:
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management and ongoing monitoring of all Hard and Soft services delivered across your property portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient performance, driving service excellence, and maintaining full compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
You will manage all site-based staff across your assets, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Working closely with the Property Surveyor, you’ll ensure that every aspect of facilities management aligns with client expectations and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee delivery of all Hard (e.g., M&E, building fabric) and Soft (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping) FM services across the portfolio.
* Lead and manage site-based FM teams, ensuring high standards of performance, training, and engagement.
* Monitor service performance through KPIs, SLAs, audits, and regular reporting.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory requirements, and company policies.
* Support the Property Surveyor to deliver on planned maintenance, reactive works, and asset lifecycle planning.
* Develop strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for FM service delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement across all sites, identifying efficiencies and innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a multi-site Facilities Management role.
* Strong knowledge of Hard and Soft FM services and relevant statutory compliance.
* Experience managing site-based teams and contractors.
* Managing agent experience desirable
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to interpret contracts and manage service level agreements effectively.
* IOSH Required
* NEBOSH and relevant FM qualifications (e.g., IWFM Level 4/5) desirable.
