Salary: £22,737 - £23,893 FTE £14,471.53 - £15,207.30 Actual Salary + Lift Schools Wellbeing Cash Plan + Pension Scheme (LGPS) + Additional Lift School Benefits

Hours: 29.5 hours per week (8.50am - 3.30pm Flexible shifts available), 39 weeks per year

Columbus School and College is searching for enthusiastic and dedicated Specialist Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant team. We're a special school where children and young people aged 3-19 with severe and profound learning difficulties embark on incredible learning journeys.
As a Specialist Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support daily learning, care, and development of children.
* Tailor learning activities to each child's unique needs and interests.
* Provide one-on-one support in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure quality education.
