YOUR MISSION:
1. Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability through planning, expense control, sales, and service.
2. Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
3. Spend 90% of working time on the sales floor engaging with customers, selling, and coaching employees.
4. Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining high-performing, results-driven associates.
5. Control payroll and schedule effectively to maintain profitability while delivering excellent service.
6. Manage Loss Prevention education and awareness programs.
7. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and operational policies.
8. Achieve or exceed inventory and shrinkage goals.
9. Identify and communicate merchandise opportunities to the store team.
10. Participate in store openings and closings; travel may be required.
11. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met or exceeded.
12. Maintain the physical condition of the store and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
13. Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
14. Create a safe, compliant working environment for staff and customers.
15. Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.
YOUR TALENT:
1. 1-2 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear, with a results-driven track record.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales targets, manage payroll goals, and hire/train/develop top talent. Strong communication skills and ability to present to groups.
