This is a key role in our asset disposal team, dealing with a wide variety of property across Aberdeenshire. You will be engaging regularly with different services within the Council as we rationalise our Estate in order to deliver services as efficiently as we can. Sales and letting of surplus property will be the focus of the role, so strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Hybrid working with regular attendance in the office is preferred.
