To manage a designated caseload using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions, with supervision. To participate, or work as a member of the multi disciplinary, multi agency team, contributing to decisions with regard to client care. To maintain accurate and up to date patient records and activity data. To work to the trusts/Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Councils policies and procedures in accordance with professional standards. To participate in regular supervision and performance development review. To be responsible for maintaining own continued professional development, in line with trust policy. To assist in the organisation of training and supervision of pre registration Occupational Therapy students who are on planned and regular placements.
