Responsibilities:
* Working in an all-through SEN School
* Focus on children with Speech, Language, and Communication difficulties
* Delivering creative and engaging SEN lessons throughout
* Adapting and differentiating the curriculum for learners with SEN
* Teaching functional skills English to KS4
* Leading a KS3 English group (working at lower KS2 level)
* Teaching a range of English / Phonics interventions
* Outer London pay scale MPS / UPS + SEN allowance
* MUST HAVE UK QTS
* Strong understanding of the SEN curriculum & teaching standards
* Proven record of good / outstanding feedback from lesson observations / performance management
* Articulate, creative, and dedicated to supporting children with SEN
* Passionate, positive & team player required
* Confident & strong classroom management skills
* Enthusiastic and committed to teaching children with SEN
* State-of-the-art brand new facilities and incredible resources to support learning
* SEN School ages 4 – 16 years old
* Focus on children with speech, language, and communication difficulties
