We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who is a self-starter, enthusiastic, and driven to support and drive the day-to-day marketing & insights team activities. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in content marketing, digital marketing, and social media with the ability to think outside the box. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years industry experience.
As a successful hire, you will be tasked with assisting the Insights team in supporting all aspects of the buyer life-cycle journey as well as working with the team to generate and customise client-ready assets.
An ideal candidate will have experience in using content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management systems (CRM; HubSpot would be a plus), and basic graphic design using Canva (or a similar platform).
Responsibilities:
* Support internal & external marketing activities, including events.
* Manage and help coordinate social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn & Twitter.
* Analyse marketing performance metrics.
* Assist the marketing manager & insights team in updating proposals, credentials, and other marketing collateral for prospects and clients.
* Clean up the organisation’s internal CRM with prospect & client data.
* Help with the creation and execution of mailshots, mostly done through HubSpot.
* Demonstrate good copywriting skills and an eye for attractive visuals.
* Create presentations on PowerPoint and Canva.
* Format documents in Word or Apple Pages.
* Create, execute, and edit digital content, including podcasts, articles, and videos.
* Use Qualtrics and Microsoft Excel to sort and analyse data.
* Assist with analysing performance data for business growth.

Additional Information:
* Hybrid working environment: You do not need to be London-based, but it would be desirable if the candidate could commit to 2 days in the office at our central London location.
