So…. What is this role exactly? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data and performance specialist to join our Asset Compliance team, as a Compliance Data & Performance Officer. Our Asset Compliance team are truly passionate about customer service & safety, data excellence and ensuring compliance to statutory regulations. A dedicated Data & Performance function has recently been established within the Asset Compliance team, making it a great time to join. We are looking for a highly skilled data/performance analyst, with a track record of managing complex data sets and retrieving, collating and manipulating data for analysis and reporting. What will my working week look like? Your Housing Group offers a great “Work Life Mix” culture. You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses. You’ll be required to visit our Head Office approximately two to four times per month. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will work in conjunction with our current Compliance Data and Performance Officer to implement, deliver and maintain a robust asset compliance data strategy and performance reporting framework. You will be responsible for asset data reconciliations, development and maintenance of asset registers, production of monthly contractor performance packs and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports. You will work collaboratively with members of the wider Asset Compliance team to ensure they have access to detailed and accurate data and support continuous improvement through insightful performance data analysis to identify issues, trends and opportunities.
