Our growing studio is looking for an outstanding Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years agency experience, client-focused solutions experience, project management skills, ability to communicate client needs with team, talent for influencing client management, ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, negotiation skills, listening skills, communication skills, presentation skills, time management skills, Degree preferable.

Primary Objective:
The Account Manager/Project Manager serves as the bridge between 's clients and internal teams. Their mission is to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure the delivery of exceptional animation and design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, driving both client satisfaction and business growth.

1. Client Success:
Maintain a client satisfaction rate of 95% or higher, measured through surveys and feedback sessions.
Ensure 90% client retention over a 12-month period by nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.
2. Project Delivery Excellence:
Deliver 100% of projects on time, within scope, and on budget, adhering to 's quality standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to achieve a project success rate of 98% or higher.
3. Revenue Growth and Opportunity Development:
Increase account revenue by 15-20% annually through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new client opportunities.
Generate at least three new client leads or opportunities per quarter through strategic relationship-building.
