Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Activities Coordinator to join us at our London International Language Campus for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a diverse range of activities and events to create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for international students outside of class.
Your efforts will help foster a dynamic and enjoyable environment where students can connect and experience cultural enrichment. Reporting to the Activities Manager, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism, and ensure an exceptional experience for all students.
This is a full-time, 6 days a week, fixed-term role running from 23 June – 22 August, with opportunities for permanent employment after the summer period.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that the Activities department runs smoothly and effectively in all areas.
* Organise and implement social, cultural and sporting activities programmes appropriate to students’ needs.
* Cover all department administration, including accurate uploads of activities, events and excursions on the student’s Campus Connect apps.
* Promote school events and excursions and design advertising posters, leaflets, reels etc.
* Accompany activities & excursions as required, including regular evening & weekend work.
* Ensure the highest level of customer service.
* Seek student feedback and implement strategies to improve activities, events, and excursions as a result.
* Ensure all health and safety requirements for activities are met, overseeing risk assessments.
* Maintain cost consciousness at all times when managing pricing and profit.
* Liaise with local, national & international service providers to negotiate rates & deals for student excursions.
* Help maintain ‘one team’, where the different departments liaise and interact effectively and efficiently.
* In case an under 18 student needs medical assistance, the coordinator may be called upon to accompany the student to hospital, medical walk-in centre or any other medically related appointment/treatment.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Assist in assigning staff shifts.
* Help organise and manage a large team of Activity Leaders.
* Emergency Phone duty on rota, if required.

* Fluency in English.
