Description: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Event Guides to help create a magical experience for visitors attending Leonardslee Lights. As an Event Guide, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of the event, assisting guests, providing information, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout the light trail. Location: Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens Pay: £13.50 per hour Shifts: Weekdays and/or Weekends Dates: November 22–24, 29 & 30, and December 1, 5–8, 12–23, 27–30 Timings: From 16:00 until late (earliest finish 21:00, latest 23:00) Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safe flow of visitors throughout the trail, offering guidance, answering questions, and assisting with directions. Assist with crowd control and queue management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Monitor the trail for any safety or security concerns, and report issues promptly to the Event Manager. This includes responding to lost children and being the first on the scene for any first aid incidents until on-site medical staff arrive. Skills Required: Confidence in using a radio to communicate with the Event Manager and fellow Event Guides as needed. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
