In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of making sure the health, safety and wellbeing of our store partners, colleagues and customers. Your mission will be to providing support to our Retail H&S teams in managing health and safety across all our UK and ROI retail businesses, including Optics, Audiology and Domiciliary services.
You’ll support the day-to-day management of health and safety, identifying non-compliant areas using the H&S hub and work through these issues to resolve them. Your proactive approach will ensure that all actions are closed efficiently and maintaining the high safety standards.
Communication is key as you provide weekly updates to the Retail H&S teams on identified non-compliance actions and regularly to the Regional Retail Managers. Your ability to engage confidently with store partners, managers and colleagues will be essential in fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work closely with property maintenances to find solutions for stores requiring third-party services to address any safety issues. Having Excel experience will be key as you handle spreadsheet data and generate insightful reports.
