The successful Aftermarket Sales Manager / After Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager / Sales Manager will ideally have experience selling conveyors or other capital equipment or solutions, with a proven track record of increasing sales and managing key accounts. Oversee sales process, including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, account management, and fostering strong customer relationships Drive sales growth in aftermarket spares and services, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets Serve as a technical consultant to new and existing customers, identifying requirements and offering guidance and bespoke solutions Liaise with various engineering departments Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for new markets and industries Aftermarket Sales Manager / After Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager / Sales Manager Requirements Previous experience as an Aftermarket Sales Manager / After Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager / Sales Manager or similar Background in driving sales growth in aftermarket spares and services, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities Mechanical background / Mechanical Handling experience Experience selling conveyors or other capital equipment or solutions, with a proven track record of increasing sales and managing key accounts. Experience working with Microsoft Office & CRM systems Willingness to travel Must be commutable in Sheffield Full UK driving license
