About the Role:
As a Class Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping students' learning experiences, delivering high-quality lessons, and fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and structured lessons.
✔️ Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
✔️ Encouraging student confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning.
✔️ Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
✔️ Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
✔️ Ensuring all safeguarding and school policies are upheld.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Previous teaching experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for education and student development.
