Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join an established business in the Falmer, Brighton area on a fixed term contract.
Your duties will include:
* Processing supplier invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Preparing payment runs
* Raising sales invoices
* Income reconciliations
* Staff expenses
Key requirements:
* You must be immediately available or on a short notice period
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Experience of using Sage Line 50 is desirable
