Job Title: People Change Partner Contract Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract Location: Alderley Park Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: Wednesday 19th Feb We are currently looking for an experienced People Change Partner to join the Royal London People team on a 12-month fixed term contract based in Alderley Park. Reporting into the Head of People Change, the People Change Partner will be joining at a critical point in a large-scale transformation project. This role is pivotal to the success of our business acquisition and integration programme and will lead on the end-to-end delivery of complex people change programmes spanning multiple areas of the business. This role will be responsible for the hands-on delivery and execution of the People workstream activity, planning and implementing all aspects of people change related to business acquisitions and integrations. Working with the project team and wider People team to develop comprehensive plans for implementation, contract on resource, key deliverables, and timelines for delivery. About the role • Lead on the management and execution of change management strategies to support TUPE, organisational design, and business integrations to completion. • Lead the integration planning process, including due diligence, consultation, retention, preparing colleague communications, upskilling people leaders and cultural alignment • Support the design and implementation of the target operating model and lead on the design of organisational structures that support business objectives, including roles and responsibilities, and reporting lines. • Work closely with senior stakeholders, the project team, and the wider people team to secure resources and deliver against the developed plan. • Provide expert advice and maintain effective working relationships with many project stakeholders across multiple business areas. • Support the development of a framework for change management excellence. About you • Looking for a highly experienced professional who can quickly integrate into our team and take ownership of the people workstream with minimal supervision. • Expert knowledge of employment legislation and procedures relating to mergers & acquisitions, TUPE, organisational design, redundancy, and alignment of terms and conditions. • Extensive and recent practical experience delivering large scale complex business integration programmes involving TUPE. • Excellent project management skills with proven experience of translating high level milestones into comprehensive project plans for implementation. • Proven ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders effectively to achieve project goals • Experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks and playbooks.
