Role Overview: As a Reactive Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all reactive maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for ensuring that any maintenance issues are resolved quickly, with minimal disruption to tenants, and that all parties are kept informed throughout the process. This role requires someone who is highly responsive, organised, and focused on providing outstanding customer service. You will need to be proactive, solution-minded, and able to build strong relationships with both customers and contractors to maintain smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming reactive maintenance requests, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule and complete maintenance work efficiently. Keep tenants and clients informed about the progress of their maintenance requests, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Monitor the status of maintenance tasks to ensure timely resolution and quality of work. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests and completed work. Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth service delivery. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Track and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes. Person Specification: Previous experience in property management or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and delivering a high level of service. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers. Ability to remain calm and focused when managing reactive maintenance requests under pressure.
