Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has a knack for building relationships, and is confident in public speaking. The primary focus of the role is to identify potential business clients, introduce our services, and close deals that help drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Attend business networking events both locally (Dartford and Kent) and in Central London to build relationships and generate leads. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by fostering relationships with local businesses. Use our internal database to identify opportunities for upselling additional services and hardware to existing customers. Guide prospects through our sales journey, from initial contact to closing the sale, and provide excellent after-care in collaboration with our technical team. Meet targets for the number of new customers successfully onboarded each month. Achieve upselling targets by introducing additional services and hardware to existing customers. Meet weekly with the Director to discuss sales progress and strategise future actions. Help develop and implement an effective sales strategy and process to drive revenue growth. Manage your own schedule and arrange meetings with prospects to ensure consistent sales activity. Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic about meeting new people and building lasting relationships. Confident in public speaking and presenting to groups. Highly energetic, confident, and outgoing, with a good sense of when to be professional and when to add a bit of 'banter'. Quick learner who can understand our service offerings and convincingly communicate their benefits to potential clients. Well-spoken, articulate, and communicative. Attractive Bonus Structure: 10% commission on all hardware sold. 15 % commission on large projects as part of new onboarding.
