Our client are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticCustomer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthuastic individual to develop their administration skills in a busy office environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company. Successful candidates will be given full training and will be repponsible for the following duties - Take incoming calls from customers Timely response to all email enquiries Establishing and logging customer requirements Prioritising customer requests as required Communication with management and external departments Contacting suppliers if required Experience Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records. A friendly demeanour with the ability to remain calm under pressure while dealing with challenging situations.
