Job Title: Bid Manager

The Role:
As a Bid Manager, you will take the lead in organizing and coordinating the production of compelling proposals. You’ll be responsible for capturing content, creating commercial models, and ensuring that each bid submission is of the highest quality. Your role will be central in driving new business and strengthening customer relationships. You will manage the entire bid process, ensuring that proposals meet customer needs and align with the client’s technological goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the written and editorial aspects of bid and proposal development.
2. Communicate requirements, deadlines, and expectations to stakeholders and team members.
3. Maintain and update the bid library and tracker, authoring content and editing team-generated material.
4. Re-write and refine proposal responses to ensure clarity and coherence.
5. Produce high-quality documents that align with bid specifications and continuously improve through bid analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Exceptional written communication skills with great attention to detail.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work to demanding timelines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Teams.
5. Sound understanding of commercial matters, including profit and loss and risk management.
6. A solid background in preparing, writing, or coordinating business proposals or bids.
