An opportunity has arisen for 2 full time Co-ordinators to join our Operational Services Team, providing a Brokerage and Administrative support to our Adult Social Work Teams. The work involves processing a high volume of incoming Brokerage requests from Focus Adult Social Work staff and external partners. Ensuring all requested commissioned services are dealt with in priority order, liaising with external care provider agencies and ensuring all paperwork is correct and sent to the care provider in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves a high degree of data inputting and system processing therefore you should be someone who pays great attention to detail and ensures that everything is completed to the required standard. Our staff have access to highly confidential information and, therefore, we expect high levels of integrity and discretion. You will need strong IT skills and should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
