Job Title: Static Maintenance Engineer

Contract: Private Health / Commercial
Salary: £40,500pa - £45,500pa DOE
Are you an experienced and qualified Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity?
Are you adept in mechanical systems and providing ongoing maintenance and repairs to plant?
Randstad has an exciting position available in the Tonbridge area for a skilled individual to join a thriving team with a FM firm.
You will be responsible for providing maintenance services across a single site, ensuring the smooth operation of M&E systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems and equipment.
2. Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance tasks.
3. Undertake minor installation tasks, including minor projects.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, ensuring timely repairs.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds equivalent in Mechanical Services.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of Electrical systems.
3. Proven experience in commercial maintenance and repair.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
