Key Account Manager
ARM is working with a global aerospace company to recruit for a Key Account Manager, based in their Hampshire office.
This is a permanent role, based in the Southampton area with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. This role is customer-focused, and the right candidate must have experience in an Account Manager position in the Aerospace/Aviation industry.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact for the EMEA region.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans in order to meet customer and business objectives.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and new business.
4. Work closely with other departments and external suppliers to ensure delivery of projects are met.
5. Manage financial targets and monitor budgets and profitability.
The Right Candidate
1. Proven experience in a customer account management role within the aerospace industry.
2. Strong communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.
3. Must be able to manage own time, depending on project need.
4. Long-term Right to Work in the UK; unfortunately, this role is unable to offer sponsorship.
Desirable
1. Technical engineering background.
2. Business qualification.
