We are extending our support to the hospital trust and would like to encourage talented and knowledgeable people to help with our plans. Our Rescheduling team are responsible for in excess of 500 clinics and over 2000 sessions trust wide, ensuring that clinics are amended as per Consultants, Divisional Clinical Directors, Service Managers, Divisional Managers and Team Managers and that patients are moved to appropriate appointments slots. Rescheduling is responsible for setting up new clinics and liaising with all levels of staff also ensuring the production of reports relating to sessions cancelled including patient movements and the issue of session codes. The Rescheduling team must prioritise their own workload to ensure requests are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner. Main duties of the job The job holder will provide Rescheduling administrative and clerical support across the Trust and act as a point of reference offering Rescheduling expertise and guidance to all users of the EPR system. They will have responsibility for ensuring clinic change and build requests are prioritised and actioned in accordance with timescales, policies and standard operating procedures.
