The role:
We have an opportunity to join our Onboarding Team as a Recruitment Coordinator supporting a range of RPO clients from our HQ in Salford. The role would suit someone who demonstrates strong coordination and administrative skills, with good attention to detail and a passion for delivering a candidate and customer centric process. This role is based from our HQ, is a hybrid position and will require the individual to go on a client site in Cheshire as and when needed.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering the end-to-end onboarding journey for all permanent and temporary staff joining client sites across the UK.
* Supporting HR Outsourcing team with the onboarding for early careers.
* Supporting the Talent teams with any other coordination required to ensure the efficient delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Support job advertising activity and interview coordination.
* Key stakeholders in this role will be client HR teams and hiring managers, security and vetting teams.
* Ensuring the applicant tracking system remains current during the candidate journey.
* Supporting the collation of data for reporting.
* Be friendly and approachable for the hiring community.
* Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, demonstrating the Morson values.
* Strong coordination and administration skills
* Good level of Microsoft office experience
* Process driven
* Professional and proactive attitude
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to build a rapport with colleagues, clients and candidates at all levels
* Experience of working within a coordinator role either within a recruitment agency, HR, RPO/MSP or a security vetting team is desired.
