SAP Sales and Alliances Leader is required by our client, a leading global digital transformation consultancy using the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every aspect.
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing opportunities with existing customers or new logos. You will act as a subject matter expert on the company's SAP offerings. Besides deep involvement in our area of focus (SAP solutions), you will have the opportunity to lead multi-discipline opportunities across our entire Application Services.
We are looking for a SAP / Cloud Sales Leader who can build, grow and drive the sales and team performance
Working closely with SAP and key alliance partners and as the sales lead you will primarily be responsible for achieving Software & Service Solution sales targets within assigned client groups. To achieve these targets you will:
* Generate leads and qualified opportunities from decision makers in the EMEA SAP market;
* Work with the Subject Matter Experts in converting leads and qualified opportunities in closed deals, including organizing demo’s, workshops, webinars and other interactions;
* Work with the Managing Director in ensuring commercially attractive and viable, profitable commercial propositions are made to ensure leads and qualified opportunities are converted into closed deals.
You will be an important player within our organization and will be interfacing with the internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans, and business models to enable further growth in the SAP space.
Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the SAP Sales and alliances team by planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing opportunities with existing customers or new logos.
* Act as a subject matter expert on the company's SAP offerings.
* Drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a defined territory.
* Help qualify leads into opportunities and execute qualified leads through to closure.
* Interface with internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans, and business models for growth in the SAP space.
Essential previous experience must include
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* 10+ years of sales and/or sales support experience in SAP solutions.
* Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling, and/or delivering SAP services.
* SAP Sales and Alliances Management experience
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients.
* Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks.
