We are looking for a Full Time HR People Manager to join our team in Spalding. As a HR People Manager, you will be responsible for the consistent and effective management of site HR activities, with a strong focus around capability development, retention and succession across the site.

Role details:
Salary: £50k - £55k per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Site – Gist Spalding, PE11 3UG
What you’ll do:
11. Responsible for creating and delivering an employee engagement and change management program
12. Guiding and coaching our managers to make effective people decisions
13. Advising and supporting with employee relations and best practices
14. Developing and managing the HR Advisor & Administrator
15. supporting with ad-hoc projects such as TUPES, restructures, retention and succession etc
Who you are:
16. Significant experience in a HR Management role, ideally within a logistics, retail, FMCG or manufacturing environment
17. People management experience
18. Experience dealing with complex ER issues
19. Ideally have some experience of working within a unionised environment
20. Ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change
21. CIPD qualification is desirable
