Our client in Grantham is looking for an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager to join its established and respected Care Home, specializing in Elderly and Dementia care. The home accommodates 29 residents and promotes independence and comfort to the highest degree.
Role Details
* Job Title: Residential Home Manager
* Salary: £38,000 per annum
* Hours: Full time – 35 – 40 hours
Essential Requirements for the role:
* Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care
* CQC Registered
* Valid right to work in the UK
Preferred Requirements for the role:
* Evidence of a CQC report rated Good or higher
* Care owner with a valid driver’s license
* Experience managing a team
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent people skills
* A caring and nurturing attitude
* Positive and enthusiastic outlook
* Good time management skills
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Prepared to take on extra training as required
