We have an exciting new role for a National Project Ambassador, the purpose of the role will be to support the Business Development Director on the selected project locations. The role is to ensure we develop our visibility, contractor engagement and exposure to deliver optimum service whilst aiming to maximise revenue and growth opportunities across all locations ultimately creating a legacy of new customer engagement for the business
Key Responsibilities ;
1. To deliver a high level of customer service in partnership with Service Centres and Business Sales Teams.
2. Engage field sales, specialist functions and operations in delivering account plans and resolving customer issues.
3. Support Business Development Director in discovering and delivering opportunities that maximise Sunbelt Rentals revenue across all project locations
4. Develop successful long term business relationships by networking with key decision makers at different levels and functions across the customer’s business in order to maximise Sunbelt Rentals revenue and share of the business.
5. Facilitate the development of effective business relationships between Sunbelt Rentals staff and key client staff across all levels and functions, in a way that cements the existing business and provides a platform for revenue growth.
6. Support any tender process in a way that maximises Sunbelt Rentals opportunity to secure new business.
7. Drive cross business relations and engagement to maximise the products offered and delivered.

8. Experience of developing effective customer relationships, generating real business growth and winning and developing new business.
9. Experience of plant hire or construction industry.
10. A knowledge and understanding of project requirements and how to use them as a means to facilitate revenue.
11. Track record in delivering clear and measurable improvements in revenue.
12. Demonstrable experience of influencing and negotiation skills.
13. Managed approach with the ability to balance day to day activities with a focus on delivering long term objectives.
14. Innovative approach with the ability to move quickly in order to exploit business opportunities.
15. High level of personal drive and motivation for achieving stretching targets.
16. Numerical reasoning and analytical skills to review and draw appropriate conclusions from performance and KPIs.
